🔁 Returns & Repairs
Because our pieces are handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please double-check your order before placing it!
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged or breaks due to a design flaw, we are happy to offer a complimentary repair. Here’s how it works:

Email us at thesilverlining.bracelets@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including a photo and description of the issue.

If the repair is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to safely ship the item back to us.

Once we receive the item, please allow up to 20 business days for the repair to be completed and sent back to you.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise discussed.
