Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. During new collection launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
